The Neon Bison, Former Judge’s Chamber is the longest running bar in downtown Peoria. In August of 2019, our new owner was one of the first to take the leap into reinvesting and reimagining greatness in Main Street and the downtown area!  In February of 2025, we moved to a much larger location to better serve our community and visitors, establishing Downtown Peoria as a premier destination.

The Neon Bison has been completely renovated to bring a Nashville-inspired atmosphere to Peoria. Our restaurant offers a southern flair on classic favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We feature live music weekly, showcasing talent ranging from local musicians to national touring artists.

With numerous TVs and a premium surround sound system, we are also the ideal venue for sporting events, including NFL Sunday Ticket and Cubs or Cardinals baseball. Our private gaming area also features six brand-new machines with daily payouts.
