The Neon Bison, Former Judge’s Chamber is the longest running bar in downtown Peoria. In August of 2019, our new owner was one of the first to take the leap into reinvesting and reimagining greatness in the downtown area and Main Street!  In February of 2025, we moved to our new and MUCH larger home! Our goal is to provide all the valuable tourists and metropolitan area residents alike the comfort to enjoy Downtown Peoria as the epicenter of travel in the area! The Neon Bison is all new, inside and out bringing a Nashville feel to Peoria! 

Our restaurant offers a southern flair to all your favorite foods. Wether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, we are your go to spot. We offer a variety of live music shows weekly, from local artist and artists from all across the country. With lots of TVs and a great surround system, it’s also the perfect spot for sporting events, including Direct TV's NFL Sunday ticket and Cubs and Cardinals baseball during the season. Our 6 brand new gaming machines in their own private gaming area pay out big on a weekly basis! Come experience a bit of Nashville in Peoria.
